Mr. Pawan Kumar Malsaria possesses academic qualification of Master’s Degree with rich experience of 25 years in the field of IT, Systems, Finance & Accounts, Taxation and operations.

Shri Sunil Kumar Dhandhania is associated with Company since 2014 and was appointed as CFO of the Company w.e.f. 30th September, 2021. Shri Sunil Kumar Dhandhania possesses academic qualification of Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accoutants of India and a Bachelor of Commerce and LLB from Kolkata University. He possess more than 30 years of experiences in the areas of Taxation, Legal, Fianance and Accounts.

Shri Vinod Bhatia is a Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company. He is a Law Graduate. Since 2011, Mr. Bhatia is practicing advocate mainly handling Civil Cases and Debt Recovery Cases. Mr. Bhatia is member of Audit Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of the Company.

Shri Rajnikant Patel is a Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company. He is an Engineering academic background. He had started his career as Electrical and Mechanical Engineer. Having more than 25 years of experience in managerial role in various fields. His areas of expertise are Advertising and Marketing, Forecasting and Planning, Strategy Making etc. He was inducted on the Board on January 9, 2020 of the Company. He is also Member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee ( NRC) of the Board of the Company.

Non Executive Woman Independent Director
Smt. Prama Raval Shah is a Non - Executive Woman Independent Director of the Company. She is resident of Mumbai, India. She is an Arts Graduate from Sophia’s College, Mumbai University 1991 batch and acquired her Law Degree from Government Law College, University Of Mumbai in 1994. She is a Practicing Advocate in Mumbai High Court since last 27 years with specialization in civil matters mostly pertaining to property. She owns a professional concern in Mumbai and managing a team of advocates under her. Constitutional law, Contract law, Company Law, Rent Law, and Consumer Law are some of the areas of her interest. She was inducted on the Board of the Company on February 12, 2021.

Shri Jignesh Engineer is a Non-Executive Director of the Company having academic qualification of B.E. Electrical from Gujarat University with an experience of 3 decades in the Project Planning & Management, Operation & Maintenance, Equipment Erection & Commissioning, Team Management. Having on hand experience in Energy Audit/Energy Conservation, Man Power Planning etc. He was inducted on the Board of the Company on September 11, 2020.

Shri Vikas Dahiya is a Non - Executive Independent Director of the Company. He is resident of Delhi, India. He has completed Bachelor of Law from Maharshi Dayanand University Rohtak & Postgraduate in Journalism and Mass Communication (Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra) having a rich experience of about 12 years in the areas of Civil, Criminal and Commercial Law. He is an advocate at Punjab and Haryana High Court by profession and also serves as a Director on the Board of Jan Kalyan Samiti and Sports Club Sisana since 2010. He was inducted on the Board of the Company on August 13, 2021.
